Andrew serves as Director of Client Relations and Operations, helping lead the firm’s operational processes, service initiatives, and overall client experience. He works closely with the advisory team to streamline workflows, maintain organization across firm systems, and ensure important details are handled efficiently and consistently.

Andrew brings more than a decade of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries, where he built a strong foundation in process management, proactive communication, and guiding clients through complex transactions. His background has shaped his detail-oriented approach and commitment to creating a thoughtful, organized, and seamless experience for both clients and the firm.

Andrew earned his degree in Management Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, where he also played soccer and served as captain of the 2011 National Championship team. He lives in Columbus, Ohio, with his wife and their two dachshunds, Bear and Dugan.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys traveling, playing golf, cheering on Cleveland sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.
