Ari has over 25 years of experience across consumer finance, private equity, and accounting, and is the co-founder of Carbon Wealth Advisors. He works closely with a select group of individuals and families, advising on long-term wealth strategy, investment management, and generational planning.

Prior to founding Carbon, Ari spent a decade at Citigroup as a Managing Director, where he held senior leadership roles including CEO and President of CitiFinancial Services and Chief Administrative Officer of CitiMortgage. Earlier in his career, he worked in private equity at American Express as a portfolio manager and served as CFO of NetAtWork, Inc. He began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen.

Ari received his MBA from Columbia Business School and his undergraduate degree in accounting from Rutgers Business School. He holds his Series 66 registration with Mariner Platform Solutions, LLC, a registered investment adviser.

Ari lives in Englewood, New Jersey, with his wife, Rachel, and their four children, Mia, Liberty, Michael, and Gabriella. Outside of work, he enjoys jogging, biking, and traveling, as well as coaching soccer and Little League baseball.
